Refund policy

7 calendar days from payment confirmation. The window applies even if you already downloaded the files.

Through our support, via the channels in the footer, or directly with Hotmart, which processes the transaction and issues the refund.

Give us the email you used for the purchase. We do not ask for a reason.

The refund is issued by Hotmart and appears according to your payment method: a credit card can take up to two billing cycles, and local methods usually return within a few business days.

The amount refunded is the amount paid.

Access is closed once the refund completes, and you must delete the downloaded files.

Requests after 7 days are not covered by this policy. Even so, contact support: if the problem is access or delivery, we will fix it.
